Let's Play : 14th March

Let’s Play: Who’s an artist - one who sells and destroys his art to survive, or the one who dies protecting it? And who’s a man – is he lost within the artist, or does he look outside to care?

Set in modern day Delhi, while the globalized world shrinks itself and, with it, the lives of the people inside, 'Lets Play' is a story about two artists. This play questions the status of art in today's world. How real is art, and where does it fit in our lives? Is it as fleeting as a hoarding advertising some commercial product as you pass by in your car, or is it something deeper, something far more intricately woven into our lives… something that integral…knit into our souls. This is the story about two artists who struggle with the conflict between their lives and their love for art. The plot unravels how their lives intertwine in a story that leads to the self realization of one and the death of another. A play within a play adds to the drama filled with love, hate, jealousy, passion, and most of all… the love of art.

Gulaal : Colours of Emotion

"Colors, like features, follow the changes of the emotions."

Pablo Picasso.

"The world is your kaleidoscope, and the varying combinations of colors which at every succeeding moment it presents to you are the exquisitely adjusted pictures of your ever-moving thoughts."

James Allen.

Gulaal is all about these emotional colors. We take them from life, mix them and play with them. We neither put them on canvas nor design them in a kaleidoscope. We drip them on our faces, our words, our voices and silences. Here we are in colors and shades-
